Site Survey Booking
On-site surveys are scheduled Tuesday through Saturday mornings when natural light best reveals terrace conditions. Surveys last approximately ninety minutes and include photographic documentation and preliminary measurements.
Survey fee €280 credits toward design contract when commissioned within forty-five days.

Studio Appointments
Material sample review at Via Santa Maria showroom available Wednesday and Friday 14:00–18:00 by appointment. Samples cannot be viewed without booking as showroom shares space with active drawing studio.
Remote clients receive sample boards via courier within Tuscany at €35 shipping.
Project Timeline
Current lead time from contract to design kick-off is approximately two weeks. Full documentation delivers six to eight weeks after survey depending on terrace complexity.
Spring commissioning peaks March through May; early booking recommended for summer construction alignment.
