Compact urban balconies receive layout optimisation, planter specifications, and wind-screen strategies. Deliverables include plan drawing, elevation sketch, and plant list with container dimensions.
Fee: €1,850–€2,600 for areas up to 15 square metres.
Terrace Masterplans
Ground-level and rooftop terraces up to 80 square metres receive zoning for dining, lounging, and planting with paving material schedules and drainage sections. Two layout directions presented before detail phase.
Fee: €5,800–€9,200 including two revision rounds.
Garden Room Integration
Properties with combined terrace and garden areas receive unified masterplans linking hardscape transitions, path routes, and sight-line management from interior living spaces.
Fee: €10,500–€16,500 for sites exceeding 150 square metres total outdoor area.
Pergola and Shade Design
Standalone pergola concepts include structural sketches for contractor engineering, timber species selection, and retractable shade integration options. Not structural certification.
Fee: €2,400 as add-on or independent commission.
Outdoor Furniture Specification
Furniture layouts with item dimensions, material requirements, and approximate procurement costs from Italian outdoor specialists. We do not sell furniture or receive retailer commissions.
Fee: €980 including placement plan for up to twelve pieces.
Payment Terms
50 percent deposit on commission, 50 percent on final delivery. Prices exclude VAT for private residential clients where applicable. Quotations valid sixty days.
